He has extensive experience as a Human Resource practitioner including senior roles such as Head of HR for Stanbic Botswana, HR Consultant for the Standard Bank Group in South Africa and Divisional Manager Organizational Capability for BCL Limited.
He was instrumental in setting up the BCL Staff Pension Fund. He is currently an executive management coach.
Mr Sibanda is currently the HR Director for BUAN and serves on the board of Botswana Oil.
He holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from University of Leeds (UK) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Public Administration & Political Science) from University of Botswana.
