Alphonse is a founding partner and has been an Executive Director as well as a member of the Management Committee (MANCO) of Kgori Capital since inception of the firm in 2012. Since inception, he has been Chief Investment Officer of Kgori Capital and has developed and overseen all aspects of the firm’s investment management function.
Prior to co-founding Kgori, Alphonse held the position of Portfolio Manager at Investec Asset Management. Alphonse is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Information Systems (Summa Cum Laude) from The Richard J. Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University in the United States of America.
